Return Of Merchandise
A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED ONLY IF YOU FOLLOW THE EASY STEPS LISTED BELOW:
We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases from asseenontv-infomercials.com, hence, we try to sell only the highest quality products, backed by the manufacturers. Before we put a product on our website and in our stores, the product goes through our Quality Control Department, where it is tested according to the manufacturer’s instructions for use.
Our products come with a warranty from the manufacturer. In rare occasions, a manufacturer might ship out a product that does not meet the quality standard. If you receive a defective product, we ask that you contact the manufacturer. The Warranty in the back of the Instructions/User’s Guide included with each product, contains the necessary contact information to resolve a defective product.
All of our manufacturers stand by their products and they encourage customers to go directly to them for any warranty issues for strict quality control. Please refer to the list of distributors and their contact information below:

In our 10 years of experience in retails sales & e-commerce, problems can be resolved by reading and following the instructions. Please take the time to read the User’s Guide included with your product.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will be happy to issue a credit to those who comply with the terms below. Also, defective products without warranties may be returned to us using the following Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) procedure:
1. You must complete an RMA number Request Form.
The RMA Form is located at the bottom of this page.
We will reply with your RMA number and an asseenontv-infomercials.com Return Form via email within 10 business days. This must be completed for all returns and included inside your package. The RMA number must be legibly written on the outside of the box.
2. There must be no more than 30 days between the date you receive the item and the date we receive the return.
3. Product must be complete and in re-sellable condition. We will test all products, and credit may be denied if the product is not working and you have not included the AsOnTV Return Form.
4. Used products are NOT refundable. Credits will only be issued if the product is re-sellable.
5. Incomplete returns and returns that have been improperly packaged in return shipping will not receive credit.
6. For hygienic reasons, we will not accept returns on garments, personal items such as hair and skin care products, ingestible with a broken seal and other “touch the skin” products and Class 1 Medical Devices.
7. Refunds are for the price of the product only and do not include the original shipping cost, or return shipping.
8. Media such as CDs, DVDs, books, and software are final sales and will NOT be refunded.
We charge a 20% restocking fee for all approved returns that meet the procedure. Please be sure that the product you return is well protected and padded on all sides, and that bottles are securely sealed. Returns that are damaged during shipping will be assessed a flat $10 damage fee as well as the standard restocking fee.
